We are so excited to announce that tickets are now on sale for Kundiman's 2022 gala, "Stars and the Ever After," which will take place in-person and via livestream on October 15th. Inspired by a line from Kundiman co-founder Joseph O. Legaspi’s poem “Vows (for a gay wedding),” our gala theme “Stars and the Ever After” speaks to the vastness of Asian American literature.
Please join us at 6:00pm ET on October 15th to honor Cathy Park Hong, Lawrence-Minh Bùi Davis, and Ayesha Pande with Kundiman’s community and supporters. The event will take place in Manhattan's Flatiron District, and the festivities will include drinks and hors d'oeuvres, as well as a silent auction.
You can purchase your in-person or livestream tickets through the link below. Additionally, we have options available to sponsor tickets for Kundiman Fellows to ensure that our community of writers is present at the gala.
All proceeds from the event will support readings, writing workshops, and mentorship for Asian American writers. If you can't attend, we would appreciate a contribution in honor of the event.
We look forward to celebrating Kundiman with you on October 15th!
