A Letter from the Board on Organizational Developments
from Joseph O. Legaspi, Cofounder & Board President
January 3, 2023
To Our Community:
I hope you are well in the new year. On behalf of the Kundiman Board, I’d like to share a couple of organizational developments. The Board has granted and supports Executive Director Cathy Linh Che’s request for a four-month sabbatical, effective January 1, 2023, to focus on her creative projects.
Kyle Lucia Wu, Deputy Director, will serve as Interim Executive Director. As Deputy Director under Cathy, Kyle has significantly bolstered our programming and helped set Kundiman on a strong financial footing. The Board is enthusiastic and confident about Kyle’s expanded leadership role.
Sincerely,
Joseph O. Legaspi
Board President and Cofounder
